Apartment 04, measuring 57 m², is located on the 2nd floor of the building and offers a magnificent, unobstructed, head-on view of the Baltic Sea. It also features a balcony from which you can enjoy a view of both the Baltic Sea and Lake Schloonsee.
Upon entering this beautiful vacation apartment, your gaze is drawn through the central living area—featuring a modern kitchenette and dining area—into the loggia, and from there directly out to the Baltic Sea. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also an additional bedroom with a comfortable fold-out bed (for two people), which serves as an extra living room when not needed as a bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space (marked with the number 4) are available. Pets are allowed upon request.


Complex:

At the beginning of the 20th century, Swiss- or Black Forest-style villas were built in the fashionable seaside resorts along the Baltic Sea. One of the most beautiful houses of this kind is Villa Strandklause, located in the front row along the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Bansin.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the house.

Villa Strandklause has the mailing address Strandpromenade 12, but since this is a pedestrian zone, the property is accessed from the rear via Bergstraße 49 (for your GPS).
