The villa on the Costa de la Luz is situated on a hill in the Atlanterra residential development, not far from the old fishing village of Zahara de los Atunes.

This Andalusian-style vacation rental, which accommodates 6 people, is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Moroccan coast.

All three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) feature windows with ocean views and are equipped with spacious built-in closets and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms and a guest restroom.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are arranged in an open-concept layout. The combination of rustic Spanish style and modern elements creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.

On the porche (the covered terrace), you’ll find a table and chairs so you can enjoy the evening ambiance while dining outdoors. The huge rooftop terrace invites all sun-seekers to sunbathe. From here, you can also enjoy an indescribable view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Strait of Gibraltar with its bustling shipping traffic, and the African coast, whose coastal roads create a true play of lights, especially in the evening.

Let yourself be enchanted by the sunset and enjoy the unique and beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and Spain’s natural beauty. On a clear day, you can even spot the Trafalgar Lighthouse and North Africa—you’ll be thrilled! There may be cats in the area.

Treat yourself to Andalusian cuisine and discover the diversity of this province, for example, on long walks along the beach or on excursions to Morocco. The “Playa de Agua en Medio” cove, which belongs to Atlanterra, is a 2-minute drive away and also easily accessible on foot.

The villa is located on the Costa de la Luz, the part of Andalusia along the Atlantic Ocean, north of Gibraltar and the strait leading to the Mediterranean, just about 35 km north of Tarifa and 50 km south of Cádiz. Zahara de los Atunes, situated directly on a sandy beach over 8 km long, was once a small fishing village and has since developed into a popular vacation destination—especially for Spanish tourists—particularly during the summer months (July and August). Here, you can still experience authentic Andalusia. The ruins of the “Castillo de la Almadraba,” built in the 15th century by the Dukes of Medina Sidonia, stand in the old town center and serve as a monument to the millennia-old tuna-fishing method (almadraba), which has been practiced here since the time of the Phoenicians. The surrounding area remains largely untouched by mass tourism.

The stunning white-sand beach is perfect for beach walks and every imaginable water sport. Occasionally, you can see whales and dolphins swimming by from the beach.

The “Atlanterra” neighborhood is located about 2 kilometers from the village center. The villa sits on a hillside with its own garden, offering you a pleasant sense of privacy.
