This home is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature and wildlife. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful environment and the surrounding community during their stay.

HOT TUB RULES:
✓Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off prior to entering the hot tub.
✓Do not wear oils or have beer near the hot tub.
✓For backyard and spa areas, please use acrylic drinkware provided.
✓ALWAYS keep the hot tub lid closed when not in use.
✓Use the stripped pool towels in the basket downstairs next to the sliding glass door.
✓A fee will be charged for draining, cleaning, and repairing if these rules are not followed.


BOOKING RULES:
✓Parents or legal guardians must accompany guests under 25 for the reservation duration.

GENERAL RULES DURING YOUR STAY:
✓No moving around of furnishings. Please keep furniture in its place or you will be charged a restaging fee.
✓If you have a baby with you, please put diapers in the outside trash bin by the garage only.
✓No pets allowed. Due to guest allergies and extra cleaning effort and fees, we do not allow pets on property. A fine will be assessed for violation.
✓No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed on property due to the proximity to the Coconino National Forest. A fine will be assessed for violation.
✓No events or commercial photography/filming allowed.
✓No guest use of garage. Guests have access to all property, except for the garage.

BEFORE CHECK-OUT, WE REQUEST THAT:
✓Place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add a dish pod, and run the dishwasher.
✓Please place all trash in the outside trash bin by the garage only.
