Ferienhaus "rugard" in Dranske - Ferienhaus "rugard" mit Panoramasauna und Boddenblick

The detached, thatched-roof Rugard vacation home was newly built in 2022 and is situated on a small, well-maintained lot in Dranske, in the Lancken district, between Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach in the north of the island of Rügen. From the house and the terrace, you have an unobstructed view across the fields to the Bodden waters. Access to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is approximately 600 meters away.
The house features a sauna with a panoramic view of the Wieker Bodden.
The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill.
Two parking spaces are available for guests on the property. There is also a covered bike shed, as the flat Wittow Peninsula is ideal for cycling.
There is a wallbox at the house for charging your electric car, which can be rented for 20 € per week (charging via the house’s electrical system is strictly prohibited due to the high fire risk posed by the thatched roof).
In the Lancken neighborhood, there is currently increased construction activity on small vacation homes. Although the Rugard vacation home is located on the outskirts of the settlement, construction noise can still be heard occasionally. For this reason, the house is currently available for rent at discounted rates.

The house has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds measuring 2.00 x 2.00 m, 1.80 x 2.00 m, and 1.40 x 2.00 m. This means the house can accommodate 6 people.
A modern, open-concept kitchen is integrated into the spacious, bright living room with a dining area and an adjoining terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
There is a TV in the living room as well as in two of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available in the house via fiber-optic connection.
For our youngest guests, there is a crib and a high chair.
A washing machine is also available for guests’ use.
