This beautiful holiday flat is located close to the Gerlitze ski area at approx. 900 m above sea level in Arriach, the geographical centre of Carinthia. The location is unique for countless excursion destinations, which you can reach by car. But you can also take long walks from the holiday flat. You are surrounded by nature here and, as we know, nature has a medicinal effect on the body. The perfect place to recharge your batteries

After a short drive of 7 km you reach the Gerlitzen Alpe monastery lifts. Here, 20 lifts and 32 varied ski runs await enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts at an altitude of 1911 m in winter. From beginners to advanced skiers, the FIS-certified slopes promise the perfect terrain for all levels.

Hiking enthusiasts can hike from the holiday flat to the Wöllaner Nock in summer. From the summit you have a magnificent view of the Julian Alps, the Karawanken, the Gerlitzen, the Dobratsch, the Verditz, the Hohe Tauern, the Nockberge, to name but a few.

The centre of Carinthia is worth a visit at any time of year!
