Welcome to our simple yet cozy 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment on the 1st floor, which is perfect for couples or small families. This apartment offers an ideal combination of comfort and functionality for a relaxing vacation. Equipped with free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements in case of service disruptions) and a lovely southeast-facing balcony, this apartment offers everything you need for a worry-free stay. Dogs are also welcome here, with special arrangements to ensure that your four-legged friends feel right at home. Enjoy the peace and comfort of our conveniently located vacation rental, which stands out for its proximity to nature and its pet-friendly amenities. A parking space (2.30 m wide) in the underground garage (1.75 m clearance height) is available for your vehicle, and there’s a bike rack and a bike storage room for bicycles. Feel free to use the laundry room with a coin-operated machine in the basement.

Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will already be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be waiting for you. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one bath mat and one dish towel per apartment. The two apartment buildings at Hauptstraße 20 are surrounded by well-maintained green spaces. Since the majority of the 2- to 6-person apartments are furnished with similar amenities, they are particularly well-suited for (extended) families as well as groups. Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry right there. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is a quick bike ride, so you can enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach fun during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the house at one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground parking garage. Each vacation apartment comes with a designated parking space, which may be located in the outdoor parking lot or in the underground garage. The underground garage features parking bays and duplex parking spaces (for cars up to 5 m long, 2.36 m wide, and 1.5 m high). Why not pay our neighbors a visit?
