Ferienwohnung "seestern"

The vacation rental is located in a quiet part of the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe, near Baaber Bollwerk, in a small residential complex consisting of two buildings on the corner of Dorfstraße and Seestraße. The complex was built in 1998, and the apartment was renovated in early 2022. Each apartment in the three-story buildings features a terrace or balcony, as well as a lockable bicycle/storage room and a parking space.
The town center, with its many restaurants and shops, is just a few meters away, and the beach and the Baaber Bollwerk are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The “Seestern” vacation rental is a two-bedroom apartment with 52 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features two terraces and a small, fenced-in lawn.
There is one bedroom with a double bed. Two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom features a corner bathtub and a shower.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a pod coffee maker, an egg cooker, and a hand mixer.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
The apartment includes a reserved parking space (No. 1) right in front of the front door, as well as a shed for storing bicycles and other items (No. 1).
Pets are allowed. Please note that additional fees apply for pets.

Please note: A visitor’s tax applies to this property. The Baltic Sea resorts on the Mönchgut Peninsula charge this tax per day (and not per night as is common elsewhere), meaning it is also charged on the day of arrival and departure!
