This is a fully furnished, move-in ready 1945 MCM bungalow in NE Portland's Roseway neighborhood. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a designer kitchen, original hardwood floors, a mid-century fireplace, and a fully independent lower level with its own private entrance. Everything is already handled — furniture, linens, kitchenware, utilities, high-speed WiFi, and yard maintenance. You bring your bags. That's it.

★ THE HOME ★

This is a real home, thoughtfully furnished and designed for people who need to actually live somewhere for a month or more. The main level is where the character lives. Original hardwood floors refinished to their original warmth run through the living room and main bedroom. A mid-century fireplace anchors the living room — the kind of architectural detail that makes a space feel settled and grounded, not temporary. The kitchen is fully renovated: white shaker cabinets, gold-veined quartz countertops, LG stainless steel appliances, and everything stocked and ready for real cooking. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full cookware, flatware, dishware, and a water filter. You're not hunting for a pot or googling the nearest grocery store on day one.

The lower level is what makes this property genuinely different. It's connected to the main house but fully independent — its own private entrance, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, LVP floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Your household can have completely separate spaces if needed. - Minimum Stay — 30 nights. This property is not available for short-term rentals.
- No Smoking or Vaping — Strict no-smoking property indoors and outdoors. Includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. A minimum $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside the home.
- Pets — Dogs and cats welcome with prior approval. Furniture covers are provided — please keep them on if your pet is on furniture. Promptly clean all pet waste. Cat owners must place a waterproof mat under the litter box.
- No Parties or Events — No gatherings, events, or unauthorized celebrations of any kind.
- Registered Guests Only — Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved overnight guests without prior written permission.
- Check-Out — 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
- Garbage & Recycling — Please bring bins to the curb the night before pickup and return them once emptied. Schedule is posted in the home.
- Food in Bedrooms — Please keep all food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
- Open Flames — No candles, incense, or open flames anywhere on the property.
- Utility Use — Please be mindful of water and energy conservation.
- Damage Reporting — Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly. Accidents happen — early communication prevents larger issues.
