The spacious, approximately 800 m² garden property with mature trees creates a very special atmosphere. Surrounded by hedges and a fence, you can enjoy privacy here and experience nature to the fullest—whether over a relaxed breakfast on the terrace, a barbecue evening, or simply while listening to the wind in the trees.

Access to the house is through the rear entrance, from which a charming wooden staircase leads you into the open kitchen area. This is where the feeling of home begins: the kitchen is both functional and inviting, flowing seamlessly into the dining area, which offers space for shared meals and pleasant conversations.

The bright, spacious living room, with its welcoming atmosphere and large skylights, invites you to relax. Here, the living and sleeping areas blend harmoniously—a dresser provides a subtle separation. The cozy single bed with a practical pull-out bed offers flexible sleeping options and makes the room particularly versatile.

In the separate bedroom, a large double bed awaits you, promising a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day at the North Sea. The spacious built-in closet ensures organization and comfort during your stay.

The bathroom is a small oasis of well-being: A spacious corner bathtub invites you to relax, while a large mirror and thoughtful details create a pleasant atmosphere.

The private patio area with patio furniture offers you a secluded retreat surrounded by greenery. Whether you’re sunbathing, reading, or socializing—you’ll find your own favorite spot here.

Practical extras like a shared utility room with a washing machine, a separate storage room for bicycles, and a free parking spot right next to the house round out the amenities and make your stay completely comfortable.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
