Alt Ahlbeck 07 - close to the beach in an excellent location

Villa Alt-Ahlbeck welcomes you to its excellent location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The beach promenade is only about 100 meters away. The historic pier is about a 10-minute walk away. A traditional bakery is located right nearby. Shops and restaurants are also just a short walk away.

With an area of 62 square meters, this three-room apartment is located on the first floor of the elegant Villa Alt-Ahlbeck. It’s the perfect place for four people to start an eventful family vacation. Tastefully furnished and decorated with original artwork, the living room features a leather seating area consisting of a couch and several armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living area and offers a full range of basic amenities, inviting you to cook even while on vacation. Everyone can gather at the counter for meals together. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 meters), and the second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms are also equipped with a closet and their own TV. In these rooms as well, paintings created by the owner himself create a harmonious atmosphere. The modern bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack. A window provides natural light.

A private parking space is available free of charge at the house. ATTENTION! – The parking space is located directly behind the parking space for Apartment 8, so you must coordinate entering and exiting with the guests of Apartment 8 (the apartment is located directly across from Apartment 7). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. For our youngest guests, a free travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are available. A washer and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. Bicycle racks are provided at the house for your bicycles. You are welcome to bring up to one pet with you.
