Thanks to the house’s ideal location, this is the perfect starting point.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, features 77 square meters of living space, and can accommodate up to four people. The living area is open and bright thanks to the high windows and is furnished with a couch, TV, armchair, and desk. Thanks to many thoughtful details, this room will become your ultimate sanctuary. Use your own TV streaming services, play internet radio with your favorite music, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet with a book in hand.
The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room but is clearly separated from it by the room’s architecture. Thanks to high-quality appliances such as the 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and many other useful fixtures, it offers you an excellent cooking experience—even while on vacation. Afterward, gather with your family at the large dining table in the light-filled bay window. If you’d rather enjoy the sunny weather, you can make yourself comfortable on the upholstered furniture of the inviting terrace. In the evening, the outdoor lighting, combined with the natural surroundings, creates a magical atmosphere.
Both bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep and are tastefully furnished. Each features a double bed and a wardrobe. The first bedroom also has a dresser and its own TV. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, ensuring a thoroughly relaxing stay.

A private parking space and a lockable bike shed are available on the property. As a special highlight, the bike shed includes a SUP board with a pump and a seat for your use. You can use the washing machine in the apartment’s storage room free of charge. Wi-Fi is available. For our youngest guests, a high chair and a small baby crib (0.40 x 1.00 meters) are available for free use in the apartment.
