With its ideal layout, this 3-room vacation apartment spans 56 square meters and features two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a dining table for four and a modern sofa. The covered balcony, facing southeast, will quickly become your favorite spot. Enjoy the view of the greenery and the surrounding neighborhood here while having breakfast or dinner, or relax here at the end of a day at the beach. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped so that you can be completely self-sufficient if you wish. A 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are provided. The layout of the countertop offers plenty of workspace for meal prep or cooking together. With two bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families with children.
