There is a full size bed and a sofa. The sofa is not a sleeper. The single size air matress or a sofa is availble to host three persons. Please, consider that when booking & request while booking. The guests simply need to bring bed linens and towels or request linens and towels to rent from us for a small fee.

We do not rent to high school seniors. Please confirm that you are at least 21 years old. This condo association does not allow smoking, vaping, or marijuana in units or on balconies. They smell will get to the neighbors and when they complain, you would be asked to leave without a refund.
