The high-rise building is located near the beach and centrally in the Bad district of St. Peter-Ording. The beach promenade is right in front of the building, and all the shops and restaurants in the spa center are just a short walk away. A newly built children’s playground is also in the immediate vicinity. The building features a bicycle storage room, a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), and one parking space per apartment. There is also a sauna on the first floor, available for a fee. The building is equipped with an elevator.
