Welcome to the cozy "Springfloot 2" vacation rental! This charming apartment on the upper floor of the house is perfect for couples and offers 40 square meters of space for two people. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV. The built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, was fully equipped and renovated in 2023. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen counter is perfect for cooking and dining together.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) and ensures a restful night’s sleep. The windows are covered with pleated blinds. The daylight-filled shower room with a toilet is functionally furnished. You can enjoy the sun and fresh air on the south-facing balcony or in the garden with its beach chair.
There is a parking space for your car and bicycles right next to the house, and a bike rental shop is located right next door. Bed linens and towels are included once. For hygiene reasons, pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment is centrally located and just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation at “Springfloot 2.”

The Springfloot building contains 3 vacation apartments. One apartment occupies the entire first floor. It can accommodate up to 3 people. There is also a retail store on the first floor. The two apartments on the upper floor each have a furnished balcony facing the street and can accommodate 2 people each. Parking for your car and bicycles is available right next to the house. A bike rental shop is located next door.
Behind the house, there are two communal terraces with patio furniture and beach chairs. The village center is just a few minutes’ walk from here. There you’ll find numerous shopping options and restaurants.
