Located on the 2nd floor (elevator accessible), the apartment features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer; a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, sink, refrigerator with **freezer compartment, microwave with grill, toaster, electric kettle, and a Senseo pad and filter coffee maker. The living/sleeping area has been newly renovated and features a 1.80-meter box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a living area (with a recliner that folds out into a third bed) equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite), dining area, and a private furnished balcony that gets morning sun and offers a view of the countryside. Free Wi-Fi; no smoking; no pets. The “Villa Anna” building has approximately 40 residential units, each with an assigned underground parking space. In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room, and a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. The incredibly beautiful sandy beach, all spa facilities, the Dünentherme, the beach promenade, the Bad-brücke, the spa park and dunes, spa doctors, bike rentals, a bakery, and shopping and recreational options are all in the immediate vicinity. The building features an Italian-German restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a movie theater, and a boutique.
