This spacious apartment features two sunny, covered balconies facing southeast and southwest, respectively; from here, you can enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea and experience the soothing seaside climate.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the first floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand beach with its promenade, pier, and 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.


Amenities This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a beverage fridge, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee pad machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and an oven.
The modern and cozy living-dining area features a recliner, a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m), and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). The separate bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches), as well as a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the Baltic Sea on the two covered balconies—one facing southwest and the other southeast—both furnished with patio furniture. The large, 12-square-meter southwest-facing balcony with a beach chair is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The second balcony, facing southeast, is 6 square meters and accessible from the living-dining area.
A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can add a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.

A beach chair is available for your use on the beach during the season.

Renovation work is expected to take place in the immediate vicinity until March 2027. During this period, construction activity may occur from time to time.

The small but exquisite sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. The sauna area is available to you free of charge. From February 9– 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed for maintenance. You can rent bathrobes and sauna towels from us for a small fee.
