The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex and faces southwest. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The Apartment
This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). The separate bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches). The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a sink with a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, southwestern-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
