The Location
The attic vacation apartment is located on the northeast side of the 2nd floor of the beautiful villa, which was built in the classic seaside resort architectural style. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are right on your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There’s also a wide range of recreational activities, such as the OstseeTherme. The popular Heringsdorf pier is within easy walking distance.

The non-smoking apartment with a balcony features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a microwave. Two bedrooms feature a double bed or two single beds, respectively. The living area includes a decorative gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system.
