The kitchen comes fully stocked with essentials for cooking at home, with a coffee maker coming soon.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area featuring a beautiful hardwood resin dining table with seating for six guests. A nearby game cabinet stocked with fun games makes the space perfect for relaxing nights in with friends, family, or coworkers.

The spacious living room offers a huge lounge couch perfect for putting your legs up after a long day, along with additional loveseat seating and a mounted Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

🛏 Master Bedroom 1

Located to the right side of the home just beyond the kitchen, the private primary suite offers a peaceful retreat featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout curtains, a mounted Smart TV, and a massive walk-in closet complete with built-in shelves and hanging space. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a toilet and full bathtub for added privacy and comfort.

Just across from the kitchen and near the primary suite is a convenient storage closet with cleaning supplies along with a dedicated laundry room offering free washer and dryer access, plus an iron and ironing board for longer stays.

Located on the left side of the home toward the front, Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, dedicated standing desk workspace ideal for remote work, and closet hanging storage.

Also located on the left side of the home, Bedroom 3 includes a double bed, lounge chair perfect for reading or journaling, LED color-changing motion-sensor nightstands, and closet hanging space.

Positioned between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and connected to the main living space for easy guest access, the second full bathroom features a modern vanity, LED light-up mirror, and sleek standing shower.

All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are required for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before fines or eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.


HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. Guests may not host parties or events inside the house at any time. (this is a residential neighborhood). No fireworks allowed. Guests are not allowed to invite additional guests beyond the maximum 8 without prior approval.

TRASH: Trash pickup is every Friday. All trash must be bagged and placed in the correct bin. Please bring the cans to the edge of the road for pickup. The city will not pick up the bin if trash is overflowing from the bin. Please be mindful to place only enough trash for the bin lid to close. If you need additional trash assistance please reach out to us.

QUIET HOURS: Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 7am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The houses in our neighborhood are all private property.

NO LOCKED CLOSETS
Guests will not have access to locked owner`s closets at anytime.

NO PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.

NO SMOKING
We do not allow smoking inside or on the property at anytime. No illegal substances on the property at anytime. If you wish to smoke you must be more than 20 feet away from the property (not allowed on the deck anytime). If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged large fines. No weapons on the property at any time.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate it if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:

--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag trash and place in outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to bag for professional laundry service (please do not take off the pillow protectors or mattress protectors)
