Cozy vacation apartment (53 m²) with a balcony

Our cozy vacation apartment with a balcony offers plenty of space for up to 6 people in a total of 53 m². We recommend accommodating no more than 5 adults. The living room also features a smart TV, a pull-out sofa bed, a fold-down bed, and a coffee table. The apartment features a new kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, BOSCH Tassimo capsule machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment). The dining area seats up to 4 people. The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). A large desk, TV, and closet are also located in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, towels, soap, toilet paper, a children’s toilet seat, and a step stool. The deposit is 50% of the total stay cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a door code. Additionally, a tourist tax of 3 EUR per person per night is payable. Children aged 0 to 5 are exempt from the tourist tax. After booking, you will receive a separate confirmation from us with the necessary details (bank account information, etc.). Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
