This home features 2 king bedrooms (one with a twin setup as well), and 3 rooms with queen beds for flexible group sleeping. Whether you're here with family or a crew of friends, there's a space for everyone to spread out and recharge.
BATHROOMS
3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, each designed with style and function in mind.
The half bath is conveniently located on the main floor near the living area. One full bath features a double vanity with plenty of counter space — perfect for groups getting ready at the same time. Two bathrooms have sleek glass walk-in showers, and the third offers a shower/tub combo for a relaxing soak after a long day.
GET-READY ROOM
This one's for the girls. A dedicated get-ready room with 6 mirrors — wall-mounted mirrors and up-close circle vanity mirrors — so multiple people can do hair and makeup at the same time. Whether it's a girls' trip, a group heading out for a night in Charlotte, or just a stay where everyone's trying to get out the door at once, this room makes getting ready part of the experience.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is modern, bright, and fully stocked — we're talking cookware, utensils, spices, and everything you need to cook a full meal or just make morning coffee. Stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and a dedicated coffee bar with a drip maker so you can start your morning right.
The open-concept dining room with Samsung Frame TV seats 14 guests comfortably, and there's additional seating at the island — so you'll never run out of room for the whole crew.

When you book a stay at The Charlotte Social, you'll have access to everything the property has to offer. Meaning this is a completely private experience with no shared spaces.
Other things to note
A TRUE GROUP HOUSE: 5 bedrooms, sleeps 19 — one of the largest group stays and most amenities in Charlotte. Questions about whether our home fits your group? Message us before booking — we're happy to help.
GUESTS: Day visitors are welcome with a quick heads-up in advance — everyone on site just needs to be part of your reservation, with a max of 19 people at any time.
QUIET HOURS: We're in a peaceful residential area, so no parties or events — outdoor quiet hours follow Charlotte's noise ordinance (9 PM Sun–Thu, 11 PM Fri–Sat, until 9 AM).
PARKING: Space for up to 8 vehicles.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (a $500 deep-clean fee applies).
No pets.
FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND: Smart keypad locks, a Ring doorbell, and a driveway camera outside — no cameras inside the home or backyard. A privacy-safe noise sensor (measures decibel levels only, never records audio) helps us keep the neighborhood peaceful.
