Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the property owner’s decision to use our home during your planned trip. We understand how frustrating it can be to have to scramble for alternative accommodations, especially after you had already booked and paid. While we are glad to hear that your money was fully refunded and that you were able to find another home on your own, we truly regret that the options we provided did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our processes in the future. On a positive note, we’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the football game. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time.
