An idyllic villa in Sitia with a view of the sea, just a 4-minute walk from the beach.

This historic property is located in the heart of Sitia’s Old Town, on a quiet street, just a few steps from the sea, the city beach, the harbor promenade, and the restaurants, cafés, and bars along the waterfront. The property consists of the main house (for 4 guests) and an attached apartment (for up to 2 additional guests), which can be booked separately. The entire property covers an area of 325 square meters. The main house has two floors. The lower level features the living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, and its size provides ample space for cooking together. The large gas stove with oven will delight all cooking enthusiasts… all you need to bring are your cooking ideas. In addition, the dining area inside the house and the large courtyard provide a lovely atmosphere for sharing meals.

The house has many doors that lead directly to the outdoor area, so the living space extends into the beautiful courtyard. This is where your day can begin in a relaxed way; a large table and seating for 6–8 people invite you to enjoy leisurely breakfasts and dinners. The property also features a large brick barbecue. In the rear courtyard, there is an additional restroom with a washing machine. Depending on the sun’s position, there’s always a spot to linger in the very spacious outdoor area. A large daybed and lounge chairs are available for sunbathing or relaxing. The pergola, with its roof made of natural materials, is perfect for an afternoon nap or a cozy get-together in the evening. The property exudes a special charm and romance, especially in the evening.

On the upper floor of the house, there are two bedrooms, a separate restroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony spans the entire front section of the upper floor, offering a magnificent view of the mountainous landscape and the sea. Both bedrooms feature large, elevated double beds with comfortable mattresses and spacious built-in closets. One of the two rooms has a view of the sea and the beach.

On the first floor of the house is a spacious, laid-back living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, a ceiling fan, and charming lighting.

The downstairs apartment, which can be booked additionally to accommodate 2 more guests, is furnished in the same style as the main house and features a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and washing machine, as well as a dining counter with two stools and a seating area. This small apartment has a small bedroom with a comfortable double bed made up of twin mattresses and a small shower room with a toilet.

The property is rented out exclusively to a single group of guests—that is, the main house and, if needed and with an additional booking, the apartment together. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends, accommodating up to a total of 6 adults:
4 adults/children in the main house and 2 adults/children in the apartment.

Living space: 185 square meters, of which 145 square meters are in the main house and 40 square meters in the apartment.
This allows you to spend quality time together while still enjoying your privacy.

Please note when booking for families with small children that there are several flights of stairs on the property.

The house is smoke-free. Unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed here.
If you are not landing directly in Sitia, you can travel from Heraklion by public bus, taxi, or rental car. The house is located between two cul-de-sacs, one above and one below the house.

A reservation will only be accepted after the signed rental agreement has been returned.
A copy of your ID card is required for this.
Please note that the rental cost increases for the 5th guest and beyond. The additional cost for the apartment will be displayed when you select 5 or 6 guests during the property selection process. The price for up to 4 guests applies only to the main house.
