"20" is not your run-of-the-mill vacation home. The house has been lovingly furnished with unique details. Among other things, musical instruments hang from the ceiling, one bedroom features a wall made of real stone, and a huge wooden board serves as a bulletin board. Come in, explore, and make yourself at home—that’s the spirit here.

The first floor is divided into a hallway with a coat closet, a spacious living room with a 65-inch TV and comfortable couches, and a well-equipped kitchen—featuring, among other things, a Jura fully automatic coffee machine, open to a dining area with a large table, and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the largest bedroom serving as a walk-through to Bedroom 2. The bed widths range from 1.80 m, 1.60 m, to 1.40 m. The hallway features a wingback chair, and a workbench has been converted into a desk. There is also a smaller bathroom here with a shower and toilet.

Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, a summer toboggan run, a paintball arena, the Samson Quarry, mini-golf, the Kurhaus, and the high ropes course are all nearby activities.

The location is ideal as a starting point for activities, shopping, and dining out. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a view of the expansive natural surroundings. The garden is fenced on all sides and invites you to relax on a lounge chair, play, or have a barbecue. There is a parking space for cars right next to the house.
