2 room granny apartment in quiet location Göttingen

Our approx. 40 square meter basement apartment is located in a quiet single-family house in Göttingen OT Weende-Nord with parking facilities directly at the house. We use the same entrance to the house, your apartment will of course have its own front door.
However, as we live in a house, we would like a quiet tenant/non-smoker.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, approx. 5 km from the center of Göttingen. The city bus stops on our doorstep. The hospital and the university are within easy reach. A longer rental period is also possible.

There is a well-stocked supermarket and bakery nearby, which are even open on Sundays.

The kitchen (a new kitchen was installed in December 2023) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and plenty of crockery, pots and pans, cleaning products, etc. There is also a stove with ceramic hob and oven and a small dining area with free coffee and tea.

In the living room there is a large modern wardrobe with plenty of hangers, sufficient towels and bed linen and another chest of drawers. The internet is fast and reliable, as the tenants have confirmed.
In addition to the cozy corner sofa, you can also use a separate workstation.

A new comfortable double bed (160x200) with two new mattresses awaits you in the bedroom.

All windows have shutters for a peaceful night's sleep.

The bathroom has a large shower and a window. Sufficient towels and soap etc. are provided. There is also a washing machine and clothes horse as well as ironing utensils.

The cable connection offers a Giga TV offer in Full HD quality with access to the media libraries.

Longer stays are possible, weekend commuters are also welcome.
