Our house is very SUNNY and QUIET, situated on a small hill away from roads and traffic, with a large private garden and lawn for sunbathing, a garden grill, and a small oasis of tranquility—and you’ll be able to enjoy a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the surrounding mountains and the Leutasch Valley.

Located at the entrance to the Gaistal Alpine Paradise, you can set out on your hiking, mountaineering, or mountain biking tours directly from your accommodation without having to use your car.

In winter, you’ll find one of the best cross-country skiing areas in the Alps here, with over 279 km of cross-country trails (classic or skating style), as well as downhill skiing, sledding, ice skating, winter hiking, and more.
