Our lovingly furnished studio is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The spacious, light-filled studio features a dining area for two people and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and small freezer compartment, a convection oven, a portable induction cooktop with two burners, a coffee maker for pods or drip coffee, a microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.

From the comfortable double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), you have a direct view through the large gable window or can enjoy satellite TV (32-inch).

Furthermore, you can enjoy the sun all day long on the south-west-facing balcony (approx. 8 square meters), including a beautiful sunset. The balcony features a seating area with a table and two chairs.

The bathroom, which has natural light, offers everything you need. It also features a shower and a mirror cabinet. A hair dryer and towels are also provided.

Ample public parking is available right in front of the house.

Shopping, bakeries, and banks are within walking distance (5–10 min).
The town center and market square, with numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants, are just 2 km away and invite you to linger.

Cycling enthusiasts can rent our well-maintained, like-new bikes for a small fee of €5 per day per bike.
In just a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful wildlife park with its animals, the “düb” recreational pool, the natural swimming lakes, or the Dülmen wild horses in the Merfelder Bruch.
Dülmen is also centrally located between several popular destinations, such as the Roman town of Haltern with its beautiful reservoir and Lüdinghausen with its castles. All of these destinations are easily accessible by bike, even for beginners.
