For guest convenience, a Pentair spa remote is provided.

Please note:

• Spa heating is included for up to 4 hours per day at no additional charge.
• Pool Heating: Available upon request prior to arrival for an additional $50 per day to help cover the gas and electricity costs. Please note that the pool is quite large, so the heater typically needs to run for many hours to increase the water temperature by only a few degrees. Pool heating also includes the ability to use the spa for more than the complimentary 4 hours per day.
• Guests may operate the spa using the Pentair remote.
• Please do not alter pool equipment schedules, timers, automation settings, or programming.

The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels throughout their stay.

No Parties or Events

This property is intended for relaxing vacations and family gatherings.

• DJs
• Amplified outdoor music
• Excessive noise
• Unauthorized guests

Small, quiet gatherings with registered guests are welcome as long as neighbors are not disturbed.

Neighboring Residence

There is another residence located on the adjacent side of the property

However:

• There are No shared interior walls.
. Separated driveway
• Guests have their own private accommodations and outdoor living spaces.
• We simply ask guests to respect neighboring residents and their privacy.

Stairs Required

Please note that the home sits above the driveway and requires the use of stairs to access the main entrance.

Guests with mobility concerns should consider this before booking.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to all areas shown in the listing photos, including:

• Entire main house
• Pool area
• Spa area
• Gazebo lounge
• Outdoor dining spaces
• Patio and yard areas shown in photos
• Private driveway parking

Restricted Areas

Guests do not have access to:

• Garage areas
• Locked storage room
• Utility rooms
• Exterior fenced maintenance areas
• Any locked doors on the property

Please do not attempt to access restricted spaces.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements
• If you are traveling with an infant or toddler and would like the toddler bed prepared, please let us know before your arrival. Otherwise it will be available in folded position
• If you would like the sleeper sofa converted into a bed, please notify us before check-in so it can be prepared for your stay.


Property Maintenance

To keep the property looking its best, routine maintenance may occur during your stay.

Pool Service

• Pool service generally occurs Tuesday around midday.

Landscape & Pool Maintenance

• Gardening and additional pool maintenance generally occur Friday around midday.

• Home cleaner for the adjacent property will access the garage area for laundry , anytime between 11am to 3pm only

Guests will be notified whenever possible before scheduled service visits.

Safety, Security & Property Rules
• Exterior security cameras are located at all entry points, as well as in the pool and patio areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Use of the pool and spa is entirely at your own risk.
• Please note that there are no gates or fences surrounding the pool area to prevent accidental falls. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please keep the pool and patio area clean and remove all trash after use.
• Any damaged, missing, or broken items may be charged at their full replacement cost.
• Excessive mess, abuse of the property, or a home requiring cleaning beyond normal turnover standards may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Please treat the home and its amenities with the same care you would your own property.
