The Scandinavian-style semi-detached house “Möwe 11,” located in the front row, is situated about 3 km north of Laboe and offers you a unique opportunity to enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation on the sunny side at the northern end of the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 people, this seaside vacation home spans two floors and 68 m², offering everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation any time of year.

Look forward to a unique ocean view from the sofa, armchair, or the cozy balcony, and watch the ships—both large and small—sailing in and out of Kiel and into the Kiel Canal. Great fun for vacationers of all ages. Upstairs, floor-to-ceiling windows open up to a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with tasteful, nautical decor. The cozy living area features a comfortable corner sofa, a swivel chair with a footstool for relaxing moments, a large 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. You can also enjoy the magnificent ocean view from the dining area. The superbly equipped kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop and a comprehensive array of kitchenware, is perfect for cooking. For coffee and espresso lovers, there’s both a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, and as a little bonus, a milk frother for the most delicious cappuccino—which, of course, can also be used to make hot chocolate. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate on hot summer days.

The stairs lead down to the first floor. The centerpiece of the first floor is the small but exquisite wellness bathroom with an integrated sauna. You’ll love the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A bathroom cabinet with drawers for your toiletries is located under the sink. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms: The first faces the lake. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, a beautiful view of the beach garden, and a spacious terrace. You’ll sleep in two comfortable single box-spring beds placed side by side (180x200 cm combined). This bedroom has a TV, and the windows are equipped with blackout curtains
to ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep. The other bedroom also has two single box-spring beds (each 90x200 cm), arranged in a corner. A blackout roller shade ensures a restful sleep. This room has a large door leading outside onto the wooden deck. The outdoor area features several seating areas with and without tables, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a high-quality charcoal grill. A garden hose for the outdoor faucet is also provided.

Möwe 11 features a lockable “bike port.” Here you can store your bicycles, strollers, suitcases, and water sports equipment conveniently and securely. Of course, there’s a power outlet for charging e-bikes. Your parking space is located directly across from Möwe 11. The location is fantastic because there’s something here for everyone. Indescribably beautiful nature with countless opportunities for walking, hiking, and jogging, skating, every imaginable water sport—such as kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, etc.—and endless, well-maintained bike paths. You’ll find kilometers of beaches with dunes to the right of the lagoon, about a 500-meter walk toward Schönberg, as well as a wonderful beach to the left of the lagoon toward Stein, featuring shallow water and large sandbars—ideal for children. You can get the finest cocktails, coffee, cake, and delicious little snacks about 15 minutes away in Stein at “Tatort Hawaii,” and enjoy it all in free beach chairs and lounge chairs with a view of the sea. There’s also a water sports school here, and you can rent surfboards, SUPs, and more.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the entire building.

The entertainment promenade right by the harbor invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” will take care of your dining needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlor offers delicious refreshments.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
