Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home “Ferienhaus Küstenschatz,” situated in the second row, offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 6 people, the 68 m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace, and—as a highlight—a dry sauna.

The first floor features two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds pushed together (total 180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with comfortable floor heating, a walk-in
shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna. On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for two children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area features seating, a parasol, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome. Whether it’s hot summer days, balmy summer evenings, stormy
autumn afternoons, or cool winter days: this semi-detached home impresses with its high-quality amenities and natural surroundings in every season.

You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your own laundry daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
