Apartament Montaniola*** South and East balcony with wonderful mountain view

Nestled in the fascinating mountain world of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, our flats offer a refined and exclusive ambience.

The Apartament Montaniola consists of a cosy living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. The holiday flat has an east-facing balcony and a south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the village of Ortisei and the surrounding mountains.

A car park is available. Free entry to the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool ‘Mar Dolomit’ in Ortisei.

The house is about a 15-minute walk from the village centre of Ortisei. The Rasciesa and Seceda lifts are in the immediate vicinity.
Both in winter and in summer, there is a free bus service that takes you to the centre or to the lifts several times a day.

Este apartamento se encuentra en Ortisei, en las montañas. Teleférico Ortisei-Furnes y Teleférico Furnes-Seceda son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Dolomitas y Valle de Gardena son lo que necesitas. Rifugio Firenze y Dolaondes Canazei también merecen la pena. Al estar junto a la montaña, podrás acercarte y disfrutar del esquí de fondo y del snowboard, o realizar actividades al aire libre, como el patinaje sobre hielo y el descenso en trineo.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Miriam greeted us and showed us around explaining access to the garden and the free bus pass. The bus stop is very close to the house which made it easier to get to town and back. She also gave us a number of restaurant recommendations.The views from both balconies are magnificent and Seceda’s glow was something to see. Even though the description does talk about the steep hill in to town, we did not realize that for one of us it would be impossible. We were only staying for 3 nights so we were able to enjoy the apartment anyway.While the kitchen was well-equipped with pans, pots and dishwater, there are no provisions of any sort to get you started. We were able, with Miriam’s help, to get in to town once we checked in and were able to stock what we needed for our short stay.Overall, this was a wonderful place to start our 16th trip to Italy. Well located to see and visit lots of places. Friendly and helpful hosts and beautiful scenery!

We had the most wonderful week staying at this property. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Great location within walking distance to the center of town as well as the start of many hiking trails. The host is lovely and the communication is excellent.

Wonderful property, beautiful location with stunning views of Sasso Lungo and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic holiday in Ortisei. Easy to walk down into the village via the paths and ski lift escalators. Close to Seceda and the Sella Ronda. Lovely, bustling village with lots of tourists. The apartment was well equipped, clean, warm and very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We went to the pool most days and did some fabulous walks and visits to the refugios/huts. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

Great apartment, close to lift and town.

The house sits high on a hill above the town and gondola station. The bus stop is just a few step away in front of the house with off the street parking. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact. There are 2 porches with stunning views from both. Nice place to stay.

Hiking/biking in the Dolomites

Excellent!!!! The apartment was cozy and clean just right for two couples or a family. It has a beautiful view and two balconies overlooking the village and the mountains. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects.

We had a great time in Ortisei, the host offering bus and pool passes was a plus! Seems like a lot of the houses in the town are uphill, and very little free parking in town. Would definitely recommend using those bus passes. The apartment was located uphill on narrow roads so I would recommend having a small car. We walked back up to the apartment after a visit to Seceda and it wasn't bad at all. The apartment could use more kitchen essentials but nothing we couldn't work around. The host was very kind helping us whenever we reached out!

Location was perfect for hiking and seeing the beautiful sites around Ortisei. Public transportation was easy to use, with a bus stop very close to the apartment. Miriam, our host, was fantastic throughout the booking process. She picked us up at the bus station and welcomed us to her apartment. She was always quick to respond to our questions. Fantastic stay!!

Die Wohnung war für vier Personen perfekt ausgestattet. Mit zwei. Badezimmern und einer großen Küche konnten wir leckere Mahlzeiten für unsere Gruppe zaubern. Der unten gelegene Skikeller direkt am Hauseingang ermöglichte uns das problemlose Ein- und Ausziehen unserer Schuhe und das sichere Lagern unserer Skier und Boards. Die Sauberkeit war top und die Einrichtung trotz uriger Gemütlichkeit modern und nicht abgenutzt. Gerade die schöne Sofaecke hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Der Einstieg zur Piste! Zwar liegt die Wohnung weit oben in Sankt Ulrich aber mit dem Skibus kann man zwei Stationen weiter hoch fahren und gelangt direkt an die Talabfahrt. Dann heißt es nur noch: Anschnallen und geradewegs runter zur Gondel fahren (wo man auch den Skipass erwerben kann). Das war für uns immer ein guter Start in den Skitag. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit :)

Traum Familienurlaub trotz schlechtem Wetter

Wir durften die Wohnung und Umgebung über Ostern genießen. Der Empfang durch Thomas und seine Mutter war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Wetter war nicht optimal, aber wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar, es können direkt Wanderungen in der Umgebung gestartet werden, allerdings sollte man etwas Fitness mitbringen. Ein Besuch von Bozen und Brixen bietet sich an, hier fahren regelmäßig Busse, die kostenlos über die Tiroler Guest Card genutzt werden dürfen.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwoche

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlazimmern und zwei Balkonen (nach Osten für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne, und nach Süden mit Aussicht über den Ort). Perfekt eingerichtet und geräumig. Zuverlässiger Brötchenservice, damit man nicht morgens in den Ort hinunter- und wieder hinauf laufen muss (je ca. 20 min). Zudem mehrfach täglich ein Ortsbus ins Zentrum. Alles hat perfekt gepasst - vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll für vier Personen mit 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Gastgeber sind super nett und kümmern sich sehr gut. Tolle Erstausstattung mit allem drum und dran und perfekt mit Brötchen Service. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Excellent séjour

Superbe emplacement sur les hauteurs d’Ortisei. Un accueil très agréable, un logement très bien équipé et de tout confort. Parfait pour les randonnées aux alentours. Un service pour les différents pains pour le petit déjeuner tous les matins, un délice 👌. si vous désirez passer un séjour à Ortisei, l.emplacement est incontournable. Merci encore à la famille Kostner qui nous a permis de passer un séjour inoubliable dans les Dolomites
