The apartment is centrally located and features a new bedroom and a new living room with an electric fireplace that provides heat (starting in November 2023), both of which open onto the large rooftop terrace/balcony. Both rooms are equipped with smart TVs and blackout curtains for privacy.

The living room features a sleeper chair for one person (70 x 195).

Bedroom: The double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) in the bedroom has two different orthopedic mattresses (1,000-spring core) with firmness levels H2 and H3.
A latest-generation game console is available for guests (PlayStation 5). Colorful LED strips have also been installed in the bedroom.

The separate new kitchen (November 2023) with a dining area and the bathroom each have a window and are well-equipped.

On the rooftop terrace, guests will find a large table with four chairs, a hanging chair for two people, two lounge chairs with a table, and a retractable awning.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern multi-story building, which is easily accessible by elevator. From the rooftop terrace, you have a wonderful panoramic view of Bad Sachsa and the Ravensberg.

There is a lockable garage for shared use by guests with bicycles.

The town center (300 meters to the Sparkasse) and the swimming pool/sauna (Salztalparadies) are just a short walk away.
