The “Garten” apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub), a large kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa for 2 people, air conditioning, a fireplace, and a large terrace. The “Garden” apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The “Aria” apartment on the first floor has a terrace and a balcony. It features 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning), 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with air conditioning and a sofa. The “Aria” apartment accommodates up to 4 people.

Liznjan is a fishing village with only one hotel and no campgrounds. Here you’ll find peace and quiet and crystal-clear seas along 28 km of beach.

There are several tennis courts near the house. Bicycles are available for rent.
The village has several grocery stores, a few restaurants and beach bars, a pharmacy, a clinic, a dentist, a post office, a bank with an ATM, and a tourist information office.
