As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open, spacious living area, tastefully furnished with select pieces and an eye for detail. The view opens up immediately toward the water—and almost naturally, the path leads out onto the spacious loggia. A moment that brings peace and makes you feel like you’ve truly arrived on vacation.<br><br>The living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. This is where you’ll cook together, eat, and relax as the day comes to a close.<br><br>The kitchen is very well and fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: numerous kitchen appliances, high-quality cookware and tableware, as well as, among other things, a Nespresso-style capsule coffee machine, a classic coffee maker, and a toaster.<br><br>The two bedrooms face each other and are separated by the living-dining area—ideal for privacy, whether you’re with family or friends.<br><br>A special highlight is the new interior window in one of the bedrooms: From here—even while sitting in bed—you have an unobstructed view through the living area out to the water. This way, your day begins with a view of the sea.<br><br>In one of the bedrooms, the beds can be flexibly pushed together or pulled apart.<br><br>If you’re traveling with up to six people, the comfortable sleeper sofa with a slatted frame in the living area offers another comfortable sleeping option.<br><br>The approximately 11-square-meter, southeast-facing loggia is a central feature of the apartment and is accessible from both the living-dining area and one of the bedrooms.<br><br>Here, you can enjoy the sweeping view of the marina, the sea, and the beach—whether you’re having breakfast, sharing a meal, or simply relaxing. Thanks to its roof, the loggia can be enjoyed not only on sunny days but also when it’s windy or raining, making it a sheltered favorite spot in every season.<br><br>The modern and stylishly designed bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate, walk-in shower, rounding out the apartment’s harmonious overall look.<br><br>A private parking space in the adjacent underground parking garage is, of course, included in the rent.<br><br>Our goal was to create a place where you feel at home from the very first moment—a place where we ourselves would love to spend our vacations. Sprat Days on Pentecost, the Eel Regatta in June, and Pirate Days in August. A stage is also set up beneath the sail for these events.
