This cozy, non-smoking end-of-row house features a comfortable living area on the first floor. Here, a wood-burning stove ensures a cozy atmosphere even during the colder seasons.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs (a high chair is available).

The small, separate kitchen is well-equipped for your Baltic Sea vacation.

The bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and an exterior window.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a guest restroom.

1st bedroom with a double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a large closet.

2nd bedroom with two single beds and reading lamps. The property also provides bed rails for the two beds to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep for younger children.

The garden is completely fenced in but may be used as a passageway to the neighboring property.

A small dog “no taller than 40 cm” is welcome upon prior notice.

The gazebo can accommodate two adult bicycles and two children’s bicycles.

! The washing machine is out of service from November through March !

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
