Step outside and enjoy a spacious private pool, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time outdoors. The space features a comfortable outdoor seating area and a BBQ area that is covered. Please note the pool is not heated and the hot tub/jacuzzi outside is pool temperature, and does not heat.



Whether you're hosting a casual afternoon, playing games, or simply unwinding under the trees, this backyard offers the perfect setting for a fun and laid-back stay. You will have a private pool table for you enjoy.



★ PET POLICY:

We love our four-legged guests! Pets are welcome with a $150 fee. Advance notice of pet number and weight required.



★ PARKING:

There is ample parking available in the garage for up to 3 cars, providing convenient and easy access throughout your stay.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the backyard for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.



★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:

Enjoy the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

GUEST COUNT:

Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.

We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.
