Both hikers and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy here, as the Wasgau—with its numerous biking and hiking trails, historic castle ruins, and enchanting lakes—offers the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions through the breathtaking natural landscape. Climbing enthusiasts will find ideal conditions in the Wasgau. The enchanting Wasgau rock country is home to a variety of cliffs with different structures and difficulty levels, catering to climbers of all skill levels.<br><br>The spacious and light-filled Apartment No. 1 is located on the first floor and spans a generous 109 m². With room for up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for groups or families looking for plenty of space to relax.<br><br>Our vacation home is situated on a quiet side street with little traffic, and all shops for daily necessities are within easy walking distance.<br><br>The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger and relax. Here you’ll find a comfortable couch, a dining table for 8 people, two cozy armchairs, and a large smart TV.<br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces the sunny south side of the vacation home. There, you can unwind on the comfortable seating and enjoy the sunset.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need: stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, contact grill, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, thermos, and egg cooker.<br><br>The vacation rental features a total of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with natural light and a shower. The two large bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), while the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm). All bedrooms have spacious closets with mirrors. Additionally, a crib as an extra bed and a high chair can be reserved for a fee. In the newly renovated bathroom with natural light, you’ll also find a hair dryer and a clothes drying rack.<br><br>The pull-out sofa bed in the living and dining area comfortably accommodates two additional guests. The sofa can be converted into a cozy sleeping area (approx. 140x200 cm) with the help of a mattress topper.<br><br>As guests of this vacation rental, you also have access to the spacious, south-facing terrace of our vacation home. This terrace is available to all guests of our four vacation rentals. Relax on the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy the sun, or wind down the evening with a glass of first-class Palatinate wine. At the back of the terrace, you have the option to barbecue. A grill is provided for this purpose. Additionally, there is a covered area with a large table and seating for up to twelve people.<br><br>We also warmly welcome dogs to this vacation rental. We have provided food bowls in the apartment for your four-legged companion.<br><br>Our Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the vacation home.<br><br>Four spacious parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the vacation home. If the parking spaces in front of the house happen to be occupied, you can park along the street.<br><br>In addition, the vacation home has a basement where you can store your bicycles safely and dry. There you’ll also find electrical outlets where you can charge your e-bikes for free. The basement is located at the back of the house and is accessible via the terrace and a side path. There are no stairs to navigate.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the vacation home.<br><br>Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in your booking. However, you have the option to add them via our guest information folder. We would like to point out that we do not make the beds in advance; instead, we provide fresh linens for you.
