Enjoy your vacation in a homey atmosphere, right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand.
We rent out two cozy vacation apartments, each with its own unique charm. One is slightly more spacious—the other offers direct access to the garden and a private terrace. Our house is located across from the tourist information office on Poststraße. So it’s absolutely central, yet not right in the thick of things. Everything in town is within walking distance—whether it’s the beach, parks, playgrounds, the Sealife Center, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, or a café right on the square—it’s all just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us.
One parking space (per apartment) is available right next to the building. Towels and bed linens (changed once a week) are already included in your travel price. 



Leuchtturm Vacation Apartment:

The larger of the two vacation apartments, our Leuchtturm apartment, is located on the 1st floor and offers plenty of space for a carefree vacation. This vacation apartment features a living room, a dining room, two separate bedrooms—each with a double bed—a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, a parking space is available for you right in front of the house during your stay. 
We’re happy to provide you with fresh towels and bed linens (one-time) free of charge during your stay. 



On-site costs: Our prices include the provision of towels and bed linens. A parking space is also available directly at the house during your stay. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 1 week before your arrival. The visitor’s tax is charged separately and can be paid in cash on site. A detailed guest information folder with plenty of information and tips about your vacation in Timmendorfer Strand is available on site. You’re also welcome to use our game box, which contains a selection of games and activities for children.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
