Our cozy and sunny vacation rental is located in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve and, with 104 m2 of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate 1 to 6 people. The Franconian-style house has a separate entrance and its own Garten.Im On the first floor, the cozy living room with a sofa corner, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, and a large dining table. Also located on the first floor are one bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate restroom. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one has a single bed, and one has a sofa bed with a sink. A crib is available and can be provided upon request, as well as a safety gate for the stairs. In the garden, which features a covered dining area, you can spend relaxing days on our lounge chairs and enjoy cozy evenings. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the house, as our apartment is maintained to be allergy-friendly. Wi-Fi is free for you, and as a welcome gesture, a fruit bowl and regional mineral water are provided. We welcome families; the living area on the first floor is ideal for couples or individuals. We do not rent to construction workers. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. This is a non-smoking property.
