Welcome to your Upstate Retreat, a private three-home estate just off Pelham Road in Greer, sleeping up to 29 guests across three distinct homes. Whether you're planning a family reunion, wedding weekend, corporate retreat, or milestone celebration, this property gives your group the rare combination of togetherness and privacy: everyone stays on-site, with plenty of room to spread out.

The Main House sleeps up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two king suites each feature their own private ensuite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a handicap ramp and accessibility features such as wide doorway, step free access and shower, handrail in the shower and toilet area. A third king bedroom, a queen bunk bed room with two additional twin beds, and a fifth room with a twin bunk round out the sleeping arrangements. Every king bed is outfitted with a high-quality mattress and luxury bedding. You'll feel the difference the moment you lie down.

The Cottage sleeps up to 10 guests in three bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Two king bedrooms and a room with a double set of twin bunks make this ideal for a mix of adults and kids. The king beds here share the same high-quality mattresses and luxury bedding as the main house.

The Cabin, a former Disney Wilderness cabin, is your cozy private escape, sleeping up to 6 in a queen bedroom, twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for a family unit or a small group within your group who wants their own space.

All three homes come fully stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee, and all the essential appliances you need to pull off large group dinners without a second thought.
Outside, the property truly comes alive. Gather under the covered pavilions, settle in around the fire pit, and take in the peaceful Upstate surroundings. With ample parking for trailers, campers, and large vehicles, getting the whole group here is effortless. All 3 homes have large gas grills.

Centrally located off Pelham Road in Greer: just 9 minutes from GSP Airport, under 20 minutes to both downtown Greenville and Spartanburg, and an easy drive to Tryon International Equestrian Center, the NC mountains, and everything the Upstate has to offer.

All pets must be added to the reservation prior to arrival. We are event friendly WITH APPROVAL- extra requirements may be needed.

Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
