Right on the beach with a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea, just 50 meters from the beach!

Our 44-square-meter vacation apartment for 4 people is located on the first floor, which is easily accessible by elevator.

We renovated the apartment in 2021, and it now features a spacious living area with a cozy sofa nook, LED TV, DVD player, and an adjoining dining area.
The large double bed is perfect for a good night’s sleep.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for four people. There is an ample supply of a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and silverware.

The separate children’s room features a bunk bed and is also suitable for adults.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The balcony is furnished and faces south, offering a magnificent view of the inland lake.

There is a very limited number of parking spaces available at the house, which can only be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge, but the quality depends on the occupancy of the house.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12/person) and towels (€8/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these to your bill and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Welcome to the “Strandhotel” apartment complex.
The 3-story building is located in Heiligenhafen on the Steinwarder dune peninsula, nestled in a stunning setting between the beach and the inland lake.
A view of the water—whether of the Baltic Sea or the inland lake—is guaranteed from your vacation apartment or balcony!

Just one street (speed limit 30 km/h) separates you here from the promenade and the swimming beach. The adventure pier, the marina, the fishing harbor, and the historic town center of Heiligenhafen are all within a 30-minute walk along the inland lake.

The building has an elevator as well as a staircase. Luggage carts are available in the entryway for easy transport of your bags.
You’ll find a free, unassigned parking spot in front of or next to the house on the property.
You can park your bicycles under a covered area next to the house.
Behind the house, you’ll find a sunbathing lawn with direct access to the inland lake.

P.S.: You won’t find a sheltered spot in the sun any faster: There’s a beach chair rental kiosk right outside the door on the promenade.
