As part of the Königsegg vacation residence, our apartment not only accommodates up to four people but also offers direct access to the complex’s indoor pool and sauna area via the bathrobe corridor.<br><br>As soon as you step inside, the “Seeherz,” with its maritime charm, warmly welcomes you to the island of Reichenau. Here, whether you’re alone, as a couple, with friends, or with the whole family, you can enjoy relaxing days on the island. This is ensured not only by the cozy and child-friendly furnishings of the “Seeherz,” but also by the use of the indoor pool and sauna, which is included in the price.<br><br>Through the sliding door, you enter the living and sleeping area, where both the large rattan bed and the high-quality sleeper sofa provide sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people. The large built-in closet with sliding doors, the cozy dining area, and the reading chair perfectly round out the comfortable atmosphere at the “Seeherz.” For entertainment, movies, books, board games, and children’s toys are also available. But when the sun is shining, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Swiss Seerücken from your prime vantage point high above the Untersee.<br><br>Königsegg Vacation Resort – Here, You Are a Guest from the Bottom of Our Hearts<br>For more than four decades, the Königsegg Vacation Resort has been a haven for those seeking peace and relaxation. With a strong focus on the needs of vacation guests, the Königsegg Vacation Residence—featuring our two vacation apartments, Seeherz and Seeherzchen—was built on the southern edge of the Königsegg Castle Park.<br><br>A sunny & green location in the heart of the Untersee<br>Spread across three residential buildings, guests of the private vacation apartments particularly enjoy the south-facing and very green location. The lakefront is just a short walk away, as the public swimming area is only 200 meters away. The idyllic Hochwart viewpoint is also just a few minutes’ walk from Königsegg. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view across the Untersee to the volcanic cone landscape of the Hegau region, across the Swiss shore, and even as far as Konstanz.<br><br>The Perfect Island Vacation in Any Weather<br>In the main building of the vacation residence, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful island vacation: a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, a table tennis room, and a bike storage room. Plus, from our Seeherz vacation apartment, you can walk directly to the indoor pool and sauna without getting your feet wet. As our guests, you may use these facilities free of charge. You can even reserve the sauna area exclusively for yourself. To do so, simply sign up on the reservation list in the foyer.<br><br>Visitor’s Tax and Guest Card<br>Our guests receive the guest card, which is tied to the visitor’s tax of the municipality of Reichenau and allows free use of buses and trains in the Constance district. From the Königsegg bus stop (150 m away), the bus runs to the Reichenau train station on the mainland. From there, the “Seehas” regional train runs every half hour between Konstanz and Radolfzell/Singen.<br><br>Please note:<br>The visitor’s tax is collected in cash on site. Further information on this will be available for you in the vacation rental. Persons with a 100% disability, business travelers, and children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the Reichenau municipal visitor’s tax. These groups are also not issued a BODENSEECARD WEST guest card.
