This stone villa is a structure that combines the characteristic features of Cretan architecture with artistic elements of modern design. The villa is surrounded by olive groves at the entrance to Kamilari and offers true peace and relaxation. It is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, ornamental plants, and organically grown vegetables. It offers an extraordinary view of the southern Cretan Sea and Mount Psiloritis (the highest mountain in Crete at 2,456 m). On the upper level, the villa features an open-concept living and dining room with traditional furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed) and one bathroom—the largest bathroom features a rain shower and a washing machine. In the center of the living room is a secure glass floor, allowing a clear view down to the lower level. On the lower level, you’ll find another bedroom (with a queen-size bed), as well as the second bathroom and the recreation and game room with a smart TV, PlayStation, foosball table, darts, and a ping-pong table. Please note that the lower level is accessible via a separate entrance.
