Escape to your Mid-Century paradise in our 2bed condo located in 7 Lakes Country Club, a lush, gated community that boasts world-class amenities (golf, clubhouse, heated pools/spas, tennis, & pickle ball). The condo is newly renovated, bright & light-filled, with outdoor space on both sides. Have a morning coffee in the light of the golden sunrise, or experience a magical sunset overlooking the San Jacinto Mountains. Truly a gem in the desert, we hope you enjoy & make it your own oasis!
Feel like a local in our newly renovated 2 bed / 2 bath vacation rental. Luxurious and complete with original mid-century furniture and artwork, our property is set in a landscaped resort-style community. These mid-century residences were designed by master architect Richard Harrison. Our condo is surrounded by the famed San Jacinto mountains, endless greenery and palm trees; perfect for people who want to get away from the hustle & bustle of daily life. The rental includes access to the community amenities, with one of the heated pools just steps away from your back door.
Meticulous touches and modern amenities have been added to the condo to create the perfect desert getaway. With high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the unit feels very spacious & airy. The space is decorated with original mid-century furnishings, mixed with art from the owners` international travels. You`ll feel like you`re in a bygone era while you enjoy that morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the patio overlooking the stunning mountain range.
The spacious living room opens out to a patio and BBQ grill on one side and another larger private space on the other side, overlooking a manicured garden setting that brings the natural elements indoors. The kitchen is fully stocked, and allows you to make a perfect meal that you can enjoy al fresco on the outdoor dining table. For those looking to stay in and relax, complimentary cable is provided on the living room SmartTV.
The huge primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, with soothing sheets that will give you that perfect night`s sleep. The en-suite bathroom is completely updated, with a tile & glass walk-in shower that serves as the ideal place to relax and unwind.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and direct access to the large patio. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours. CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES (we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!** Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime max occupancy is 8 people. - Overnight max occupancy is 5 people (4 in bedrooms, 1 on sofa). - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM. - Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour. - Keycard for the community gate is provided. If keycard is lost, guest will have an additional fee of $150 to replace it. - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS Pets are NOT allowed. Any sign of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING - There is no smoking in the unit or any of the common areas of the complex. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING We recommend never setting the AC below 72°, as any lower could cause the system to freeze over and stop working.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings) Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay: ● $99: 1-29 nights ● $450: 30-59 nights ● $150: each additional 30-night block
