the living area, you have direct access to the sunny west-facing terrace with
garden furniture and your own seasonal beach chair. Here you can comfortably wind down at the end of your
vacation day. Adjacent to the living area is a
guest restroom with natural light.

A staircase with easy access leads to the lower level, where you’ll find a
spacious sleeping area with a double box-spring bed, high-quality
built-in closets, as well as a Smart TV and BOSE Wave radio. There is also another
cozy sleeping area with two single beds and equally high-quality
built-in closets. The spacious bathroom with a sauna, rain shower, toilet, and
heated towel rack rounds out the apartment’s comfortable amenities.

A fold-out bed measuring 80x2m is available for a fifth person,
which can be set up in any room.

In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, which
are available to you free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Please note that the indoor swimming pool in the complex’s garden area is currently unavailable due to renovation work. An attractive alternative is the swimming and wellness area at Sylter Welle, which is just a few steps away.

Public parking is available in the surrounding side streets for a fee.
