Location

Our high-quality, renovated, sunny duplex apartment is located on the first floor and basement level of the RÜM HART vacation complex, close to town and the beach yet still quiet. All shopping options, restaurants, beaches, the harbor, the golf course, recreational and water sports activities, and attractions, as well as local public transportation (bus), are within easy walking distance.

Amenities

Furnished in a modern, elegant style, our vacation apartment offers you every comfort. The tranquil terrace faces southwest, allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It is equipped with a beach chair and patio furniture and is sheltered from the wind, surrounded by Sylt roses. If it’s stormy or raining, simply head down one flight of stairs inside the house—in your bathrobe—to the swimming pool or work up a sweat in the sauna. The apartment features an entryway with a coat closet, two bedrooms—each with two double beds—and a modern shower room. The centerpiece of the apartment is the cozy, spacious living area with an open, high-quality kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to the kitchen island, you’ll have plenty of space for extended cooking evenings with family & friends.

Amenities

The apartment includes a free parking space, and bike racks are available at the building entrance. A washer and dryer can be used in the building’s common area for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and the TV is a Samsung Smart TV with standard TV channels and many other smart features and options. For example, you can connect your own smartphones or tablets to the Smart TV and stream your own content (Netflix, Sky, etc.). You can enjoy music, for example, using a Marshall Bluetooth speaker connected to your smartphone or tablet. A high chair (Tripp Trapp) is available for our youngest guests. A crib can be booked for a fee through Oltmann&Bengsch.
