The spacious dining area, which seats up to six people, and the fully equipped open kitchen stylishly round out the living experience.



The “summer residence” is accessible via two entrances—the traditional way via the staircase or directly through the spacious terrace. The modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a washer-dryer in the kitchen provide additional comfort. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The parking space is located on the enclosed property with an electric gate—secure, convenient, and right in front of the villa.
