Spacious apartment, close to the sea, sea view, free shuttle bus to the beach

Codice Citra 011016-LT-0178. The spacious and big apartment is located in our villa with independent entrance and parking for 3-4 cars flor 3-4 cars on the property. Our energy efficiency flat, remains pleasantly cool also in summer. On request: free transport with our mini van (max. 8 people) from our house to the beaches in Lerici. The apartment offers a big living area with fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms - enough space for two families or groups. From the apartment you can enjoy an amazing view over the Gulf of La Spezia and in the evening you may enjoy beautiful sunsets. The terrace has BBQ, big table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. 'La Rocchetta' is located in a quiet area, in a natural park. The beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo are 3 km close. In highseason there are daily boat transfers from Lerici to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
Shops and bars you will find also in the village of La Serra (1.5 km or 15 minutes on walking by foot). At 1,5 km there is a busstop with free parking for Lerici. For those who loves to explore the surroundings by foot (or mountain bike) a signed path start directly from our house.

Amazing property and hosts!!!

We stayed here 8 days with our family and parents- we had an amazing time. Rosella and Roberto are top notch hosts- best we have had with VRBO. They greeted us at the property and walked us through the property and amenities. Very well stocked property and the amenities were everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and stunning view from the property. In addition the hosts were so helpful with planning stuff and also helping get us to the train station, marina, beach and restaurants nearby. We absolutely would stay there again when we visit again. Can’t say enough positive things about the property and the hosts.

Fabulous Hosts and experience

What a tremendous experience for my family provided by the most gracious hosts you could imagine. The property is the most quiet tranquil setting with stunning sea views. Everything you could want provided and excellent restaurant a three minute walk. Rosella and Roberto could not be nicer or more gracious hosts and I thank you both so very much!!! My third trip to Italy and because of the tremendous hospitality my best. Hope to come back.

A Great Seaside Apartment

High on the hill, this is a great apartment for the view of Lerici and the beautiful crystal clear and transparent blue water of the sea of Liguria. The apartment has everything you need especially for cooking. There is a seaside porch and a backyard porch if you want to get out of the wind or sun. Roberto and Rossella are fantastic hosts available if you need anything and they provided us with a round trip shuttle ride down to the port to catch the ferry for an adventure to Cinque Terra and Portovenere. We loved staying there and wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

amazing view and hospitality

We (4 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing stay at la Rochetta! On our arrival, water, beer, cake, cookie, bread were waiting for us in the kitchen! The house is ultra clean and you feel like home at the first moment. The view is amazing. The owner have a minibus and bring us to the boat for Cinque Terre and bring us back home. The little restaurant close to the house is really nice also ( we ear a bit of noise at night in the house ). I recommend 100% this place for wonderful vacation! Thank you very much Rossella's family for your hospitality!

A Gem in Lerici

This beautiful home with a beautiful view is not only the best part of this rental, but the owners, Roberto and Rosella are true gems! They communicated via text, phone, and the best part is they were there to greet us when we arrived. They showed us around and helped us get situated and they drove us to the train station to go to Cinque Terre and to the grocery store on our way home! Unfortunately, there was a train strike the day of our visit to CT, and Rosella even offered to come back and pick us up and take us to a different location. It all worked out and we were able to visit the CT, but having her and Roberto there brought such peace of mind. The apartment is truly amazing as well. There were four women and we had plenty of room to spread out, our own rooms that were decorated so lovely, and the kitchen was fully stocked so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Rosella even had snacks,water, coffee, drinks, and Prosecco upon our arrival! The only downside I can share is that we didn't stay long enough! We will definitely be back when we have more time just to enjoy the apartment and Lerici itself! It's really beautiful!

The very best house with a fantastic view over Lerici

We staid in the house of Rossella and Roberto the first week in August 2022. The communication with Rossella was perfect and she was able to help us with ALL questions. She made the reservation of sun umbrella and beach lounger for us and reservation for the restaurant. When we arrived the house was perfect prepared and the first present was water, beer and wine, like in paradise:-)) The house is a dream and stayed in many houses but the view of this one is spectacular. The house has everything you need and the interior and the technical equipment has highest standard and quality. It is enough space for over 8-10 people. The second terrace for the meals is perfect and if you want to have BBQ there is everything prepared. But this is not all: Rossella and Roberto offer you a shuttle service with their van up to 8 persons to the beach and in the evening to the restaurants and pick you up too. We come back!! So if it would be possible to give Rossella and Roberto 10 points, I would like to give 11 points:-))) best house ever! Ciao a tutti.

Wir haben die Woche in den Hügeln über Lerici sehr genossen. Rossella und Roberto waren sehr freundlich und engagiert, die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr hilfreich waren die Mückenschutzgitter, so konnten wir prima bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Hervorragender Urlaub in einer großartigen Unterkunft

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Rossella hat hervorragend geklappt (auf Englisch). Ihr außergewöhnlich hilfreicher Shuttleservice hat uns einige Wanderungen und Unternehmungen sehr vereinfacht. Die Begrüßungsausstattung der Küche mit Lebensmitteln ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alle Fenster und Türen hatten Fliegengitter und Jalousien, so blieben die Temperaturen in der Wohnung angenehm. Der Blick vom Balkon ist genauso grandios wie auf den Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! .

Awesome home with outstanding views.

This is a wonderful property with amazing hosts,, Rosalla and Roberto were so nice. They had so many supplies for your use plus some food and water for when you land. They offered car shuttle service for attractions and had lots of ideas for things to do. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Felicitaties van de jury

Wij verbleven 5 dagen op deze geweldige locatie. De ligging is in 1 woord fantastisch: je hebt een geweldig uitzicht over de baai van La Spezia en Lerici en tegelijk zit je in de rust en de groene heuvels. Met de auto doe je 10min. tot hartje Lerici waar je de boot kan nemen naar Portovenere, La Spezia en de dorpjes van Cinque Terre… Te voet kan je via een pad aan het verblijf naar het gehuchtje La Serra stappen of tot in Lerici. Zeker zo leuk als de overvolle paden tussen de Cinque Terre dorpen! Helemaal top is de service die eigenares Rossella aanbiedt: ze brengt je met plezier en vol enthousiaste verhalen en bovendien gratis naar Lerici of La Spezia en terug zodat je zorgeloos kan genieten van je vakantie. Een topbeleving!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit Schlafmöglichkeiten bis zu 10 Personen. Es gibt 2 Terrassen und genügend Parkplatz. Die Küche sowie der Rest der Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, alles tipptopp und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswert.es gab sogar frische Lebensmittel und die Möglichkeit eines kostenlosen shuttledienstes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit unglaublicher Aussicht

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, super ausgestattet, super sauber mit allem was man braucht. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, inklusive Willkommenskuchen und Milch, Orangensaft, Wasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffee, Toast/Plätzchen für den ersten Frühstück. Rosella und Roberto haben uns auch shuttle service angeboten - was ganz toll war. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man kann ganz toll direkt vom Haus wandern. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen, es war ein ganz toller Urlaub in Lerici. Wir kommen bestimmt auch wieder. Danke Rosella und Roberto.

Une propriétaire au petits soins pour nous dans un appartement très bien agencé, propre et très agréable Une vue superbe qui permet de profiter d’une première petite terrasse et d.une seconde terrasse bien grande pour déjeuner tous us ensemble Les plages sont à 4km environ et la propriétaire s’est chargée de les réserver pour nous à chaque demande de notre part suite aux mesures sanitaires en cours Appartement très bien équipé il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! À recommander pour un séjour en bord de mer en Italie

Unglaublich perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch! Es fehlt an nichts, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist perfekt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse nicht zu übertreffen! Hinzu kommt, dass sich Rosella und Roberto um das Wohl ihrer Gäste umfassend kümmern - per Whatsapp immer erreichbar liefern sie Informationen, reservieren einen Tisch fürs Abendessen und übernehmen den Shuttleservice in die nahegelegenen Orte und Strände. Wirklich außergewöhnlich!! Einfach die perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar erholsame Tage!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht

Bevor der Urlaub begann bereits sehr unkomplizierte Buchung und nette Kommunikation und selbst hier zeigte sich schon die Hilfsbereitschaft (Tischreservierung in der Osteria di Recarda für den ersten Abend) die wir während des Urlaubes weiter kennen lernen durften. Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Rossella und Roberto durften wir die schöne Wohnung sogar etwas früher beziehen. Die Bilder der Wohnung sprechen für sich, allerdings ist sie in Natura noch schöner und der Blick traumhaft. Was wir noch nie erlebt haben, dass wirklich alles für ein erstes Frühstück vorhanden ist und sogar ein kühles Bierchen und ein leckerer Kuchen unseren Start in den Urlaub versüßte. Auch unser kleiner Vierbeiner hat sich rund um wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund da alles rundum eingezäunt ist. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist mit jedem Auto gut machbar, bei tiefergelegten Autos etwas vorsichtig und langsam direkt am Tor fahren ( aber gut fahrbar!). Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist sehr ruhig, gute Küchenaustattung und sehr sauber! Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Roberto und Rossella vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr! Verena und Volker
