The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2021. With 3½ rooms spread over 87 m², the property accommodates five people:

• 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with a single bed and a double bunk bed)
• Separate living room with a sleeper sofa (can be used as a third bedroom)
• Beautiful, well-equipped bathroom (shower/toilet)
• Underfloor heating throughout the apartment, with additional radiators in the bathroom

On-site costs: All utilities such as electricity, water, and heating are included in the price, as are bed linens and towels. The final cleaning fee of €65.00 is already included in the price at the time of booking. For stays of 14 days or longer, an interim cleaning and change of bed linens can be booked on-site for €50.00. A towel change is already included in the booking price. We are happy to offer a children’s discount upon request. When booking, please pay a deposit of 25% within 3 days of the booking date. The remaining balance should be paid to the landlord one day before departure.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
